The day I met you

I never knew that my life is going to change forever ,

The word forever seems vulnerable and fragile ,

But im going to use it anyway

The day I met you ,

You brought me back to my past ,

The days where my life is blessed with love and laughter ,

The days where every negativity instantly turns into positivity

The day I met you ,

I just realized that I lost my true self ,

My lost souls was intensely immersed in these hustle and bustle of life 

Everyone is running to finish the race ,

But I am drowning ,

I cant barely breathe ,

Everyone is running ,

So do I ,

But I’m not sure what I was running for ,

I’m not sure where I’m running to ,

These life had swallowed me ,

Turned me into a soulless body ,

Who keeps thinking of materiality ,

Who forgotten and lost her beautifully carved souls ,

The day I met you ,

You taught me that it is okay if I stop running ,

You taught me that it is okay if I didn’t know the reason of why I’m struggling

You taught me that it is important for me to feel , and give love ,

It is important for me to devoted my life in everything ,

To sprinkle some love when life throws me hatred

As if it is a magic portion ,

That heals every broken soul

The day I met you ,

You taught me that we earned our scars ,

You taught me that when there is hope ,

There is hardships ,

You taught me how beautiful this life is ,

And I loved you , for this  

The day I met you ,

I knew ,
